During onboarding we additionally collect KYC documentation and bank account details required for transaction processing under applicable law.

To respond to your enquiry and share fund material, to conduct due diligence and risk assessment, to communicate about fund performance, updates and opportunities, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements including SEBI and PMLA obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information may be shared with custodians and depositories, registrars and transfer agents, auditors and valuers, and regulators or courts where required by law or a valid legal order.

We maintain access controls, employee training and reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
