Investor Relations

What happens after you commit

Most fund material stops at the point of subscription. This page covers the rest: how onboarding runs, what you receive and how often, when you can exit, and who answers when something is wrong.

Onboarding

From first call to first statement

Four steps, with the time each one actually takes. The longest is documentation, and our compliance team does most of that work rather than sending it to you.

  1. 0120 minutes

    Introductory call

A conversation with the investment team on the mandate, the current book, and whether the fund suits your allocation. No documents are required at this stage.

  2. 02Same day

    Private Placement Memorandum

You receive the PPM, the fee schedule and the current strategy note. Questions go to the fund manager directly rather than through an intermediary.

  3. 033 to 5 working days

    Eligibility and documentation

KYC, investor eligibility confirmation under the SEBI AIF Regulations, and the Contribution Agreement. Our compliance team prepares and files the paperwork.

  4. 04On allotment

    Drawdown and first statement

Your commitment is drawn against live opportunities. Reporting begins from the first statement cycle after allotment.

Reporting

What arrives, and what is in it

Attribution includes the positions that did not work. A report that only explains the winners is not attribution.

When you can take capital out

The fund is open ended, so there is no closing date to wait for. Exits are made by redemption once the one-year lock-in has passed.

  1. Lock-in

    1 year, hard

Units cannot be redeemed during the first year from allotment.

  2. After the lock-in

    Redemption at NAV

Redemptions are processed at the applicable NAV in the redemption window.

  3. Fund tenure

    Open ended

There is no fixed closing date, so exits are made through redemption rather than at wind-up.

Redemption is processed at the applicable NAV for the window in which the request is accepted. Full terms, including how the window is determined, are set out in the Private Placement Memorandum.

Who you speak to

A small enough team to answer

There is no tiered support structure here. Investment questions reach the people running the fund, and compliance questions reach the people who file the returns.

Investment team

Strategy, portfolio and allocation questions. You speak to the people who run the fund, not to a relationship desk.

Compliance

KYC, documentation, eligibility and statutory filings. Reachable on the same address as the investment team.

Grievance escalation

Acknowledged within 3 working days, resolved within 21. Unresolved matters escalate to SEBI SCORES, then SMART ODR.

The full escalation path, including timelines and the SEBI route, is set out on the investor grievance page.
