Fund Registration
The Safal Digifin Growth Fund is a scheme of the Safal Digifin Growth Trust, registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, bearing registration number IN/AIF3/25-26/2089.
Safal Digifin LLP acts as the Investment Manager to the fund.

Conflicts of Interest
The Investment Manager maintains a conflicts of interest policy. Where a director or key managerial person of the Investment Manager has a personal interest in an investee company, that interest is disclosed to the Investment Committee and the relevant person does not participate in the decision.

Valuation and Reporting
Portfolio valuation is carried out in accordance with SEBI AIF Regulations and applicable master circulars, including independent valuation of unlisted holdings by a SEBI registered valuer.
Investors receive periodic reporting covering NAV, portfolio composition, attribution and transaction summaries.

All activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, including the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, the Companies Act, 2013, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and the Income Tax Act, 1961.
